Unsere dritte PIANOCELLO -CD „kristallstille“ erschien im Dezember 2021.
Im 2. Corona-Lockdown konzipiert, bei 30 Grad Celsius im Juni aufgenommen, im September zwischen reichlich anderen schönen Konzerten geschnitten, gemixt und gemastert und während des ersten Herbststurms das Coverdesign beendet hat das ganze verrückte Jahr 2021 daran mitgearbeitet.
Crystal silence, die kristallene Stille, ein Stück vom kürzlich verstorbenen Chick Corea rahmt unsere 2. Weihnachts-CD ein. Die Klänge im Inneren pendeln zwischen unbändiger kindlicher Vorfreude (eigene Kompositionen) und weniger bekannten Weihnachtsmelodien. Zwei unserer Lieblingskomponisten, Eric Satie und Astor Piazolla, sowie die Grand Dame des Jazzpianos, Carla Bley inspirierten uns zu neuen Arrangements.
